 e heading out onto Ilkley Moor in June for a Midsummer Wellness Walk!\n\nWh
 at better way to end the week\, than to meet with other professionals and b
 usiness owners for some fresh air on this mystical moor on the edge of Leed
 s and Bradford.\n\nGet away from your desk\, out of the office and give you
 rself some time and space for you\, away from all the distractions\, all wh
 ile getting the steps in and chatting with some like-minded spirits.\nExerc
 ise your mind\nAs always\, our walks offer a great opportunity to get outdo
 ors and network with other local business owners and professionals\, in a s
 tunning location and with a relaxed atmosphere.\nThe Walk\nWe'll meet\, rea
 dy to walk\, at 1300 in the Cow and Calf (rocks) car park\, next to the moo
 r. We'll follow a loop along the moor's edge\, before climbing up into its 
 heart\, visiting the iconic Twelve Apostles neolithic site. From there\, we
 'll head back across the moor\, ending up at the towering Cow and Calf rock
 s\, before heading down to the Cow and Calf (pub) for a well-deserved drink
  on us!\n\nThis event will be guided by Ant at the Mountain Boardroom.\nVit
