We’re really excited to announce that we will soon be running free adult cycling lessons. In partnership with Capital of Cycling, the lessons are for anyone who wants to learn to ride for the first time or get back on a bike having not cycled in years.  The sessions are FREE and an adult bike will be provided for the lesson duration. Lessons are available to anyone aged 16 up. They will start on Sunday 7th April at 2pm and take place at Ilkley Rugby Club.
