Couch to 5k Ilkley Group
Have you always fancied starting Couch to 5K? Or are already doing it, but would like some company?
We run the Ilkley Couch to 5k running group. The group is open to everyone and anyone and doesn’t matter whereabouts you are in the process. Top tips and support are offered too by our lovely group leader.
Our next Couch to 5k meet-ups are taking place on Friday 26th July at 9:30am and also on Friday 2nd August at 9.30am. Meet at the Riverside Gardens (near the memorial). No need to book- just show up.
