We will need to allow for travel time so will set off from Burley Station at 9.30, again making use of an Ilkley Community Transport minibus. There will be a £6 charge for the minibus – bring cash on the day. Due to limit on space, please book by mail beforehand on [email protected]    We will start the walk at a high level, going across Barden Moor to Rylstone Cross before heading to the Cracoe Obelisk.  Skirting the perimeter of the moor we will then drop down to Lower Barden Reservoir to return to the minibus.  The route will be relatively level and mostly use good tracks with some moorland paths.  Please bring enough to drink and a picnic lunch.  For the return it will be possible to leave extra drink or food on the minibus as there are no nearby cafes.
