Pursuing the Power of Nature: An Introduction to Forest Bathing by Hawk & Heath

Hawk and Heath is hosting Pursuing the Power of Nature: An Introduction to Forest Bathing. 
We will discuss the history and the science behind Forest Bathing – the Japanese therapeutic practice of using Green Spaces to improve your resilience to stress and over time you can boost your immune system.
We will also introduce you to our Forest Bathing App. Using our mobile app you can learn to  use your green spaces to benefit your mental and physical health at your own pace and in your own time.
Tea and coffee with snacks are available from 6 pm.
