Rise and Shine is a new class that will be replacing Keep Me Moving from August 17th (3.30pm – 4.30pm)
Our instructors Karen and Sarah will be carrying on the group with a mix of old and new ideas.
A fun, friendly, and inclusive exercise class to music, which is open to all abilities: standing, seated, wheelchair bound.
