Menston Circular- Burley Walkers are Welcome
This 3 mile walk this month led by David Asher will visit Menston, calling in at the Cornerstone Café for refreshments.
Leaving Burley along Hag Farm Road, we will walk into Menston using Bleach Mill Lane and Main Street to get to the café. Return to Burley will be along Clarence Drive and field paths, finishing off at the railway station. There are no stiles. We will be mostly using tracks and lanes, with a short stretch of field path which may be muddy.
Burley Walkers are Welcome- Burley Woodhead & Burley Moor
A five-mile walk onto Burley Moor. Meet at Burley Station at 10.00.
The walk will be along Hag Farm Road to reach the footpath towards the Hermit and Burley Woodhead. Walking along the edge of the moor, the walk will drop down to Stead before returning to Burley for refreshments at Cockpit Farm Tea Room. There will be modest ascents and descents and some stiles.

Leaving Burley via Hag Farm Road, the walk will cross the fields to Clarence Drive, and then walk up St John’s Drive to the Cornerstone Café for a refreshment break. Return to Burley will be along Bleach Mill Lane and Hag Farm Road. There are no stiles and the route is mostly level.
