Archaeology Trail– a 4 mile walk starting from the Cow and Calf Rocks and calling at the Backstone Beck Enclosure; one of the best walks for seeing several Cup and Ring Stones and the remains of Neolithic enclosures and huts. Many of the common plants present on the moor have medicinal and nutritional properties, you need to have expert advice to identify them of course. A moderate walk of 3 miles. Stones & Scones walk- Friends of Ilkley Moor

Stones & Scones walk- A trail of discovery to introduce people to the different stones on the moor, including the Stanza Stones. A circular walk of 3 miles starting and finishing at the Craiglands Hotel in Ilkley. This walk will use the newly restored lower footpath up to the Cow and Calf Rocks and will involve some uphill walking. Tea and scones will be available, for a charge, in the Craiglands bar at the end of the walk. Visit their website to book your place.

Woodlands Way- this walk winds in and out of the woods that form the lowest slopes of Ilkley Moor. There is some up-hill walking involved.
