Walking as a Superpower

One of the podcasts we’d recommend is an interview with Professor Shane O’Mara who talks about how walking is the superpower you never knew you had.

Shane wrote the book In Praise of Walking that focuses on  the science surrounding how we walk and why it’s good for us. In the podcast with Dr Chatterjee, he talks about the incredible advantages of walking and how it benefits us in many more ways than just our fitness. It can help us with problem solving, our memory, our ability to learn, our creativity and crucially it can protect us from depression.
